1When will I get my loan?
You will get it the same day as fast as 1 hours if you have submitted all the documents required.
2How do I start a loan application?
You can apply online which is the fast way to get approved. You can also email us to quickly see if you qualify before applying.
3When can I renew my loan?
You can renew you loan after you have successfully paid off a previous loan. It's also possible to modify the terms of an existing loan of on the 2nd to last final payment.
4How long do I have to repay an installment loan?
Loans are payable within a period of 120 days and not less than 90 days.
5How quickly can I receive my loan?
The time to receive your funds depends on your financial institution, but typically it ranges from one hour to a couple of hours, during business days.
6How much can I borrow?
You can borrow a maximum of $1500. As we get to know one another and establish mutual trust, we are open to discussing an increase in the loan amount.
7Do I need a bank account to get a loan?
Yes. To take out a short term loan with us, you must have an open bank account with a Canadian bank or credit union so we have somewhere to deposit your funds!
8What if I have bad credit?
We will not necessarily decline you if you have poor credit. To give yourself the best chance of acceptance, please make sure you provide accurate information on your application. Please note that if you have any items in collections, with several other short term lenders or in bankruptcy and consumer proposal, our system is significantly less likely to accept your loan application.
9Can I get a loan if I am not a homeowner?
Yes. Renters are welcome. If you can provide a current address, details of a regular income, and a guarantee to repay your loan, we're happy to consider your loan application.
10What if I receive child tax benefits
Sorry, we do not accept child tax benefits as employment.
